This fountain is located in Asia in Animal Kingdom. A couple years ago some kid was bathing in the fountain. He was actually just sitting in there and playing with the water. It was probably the funniest and weirdest thing I saw that day because he kept splashing everyone.
Also, if you ever get the chance you should definitely check out this fountain. The way the water bubbles out is really cool and it feels so silky.
